Acceptance of terms

By signing in, playing as a guest, or otherwise using Antakshari Online, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Game usage

Antakshari Online provides Word Antakshari and Word Scramble games for entertainment. Features such as rooms, matchmaking, leaderboards, and friends may change or be unavailable during maintenance. You are responsible for your internet connection and compatible browser.

User responsibilities

• Use an appropriate display name and avoid harassment in chat or rooms.
• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, spam rooms, or use unauthorized automation.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to Firebase data or other users’ accounts.
• Comply with applicable laws while using the Service.

Intellectual property

The Antakshari Online name, logo, website design, game interface, and original written content are owned by Vishnu Shriwastav unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit our branding or code without written permission.

User content

Words you submit during gameplay and messages you send in friend chat are used only to operate the game. Do not submit unlawful or offensive content. We may remove access for abuse.

Availability & changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Advertisements

The Service may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense after approval. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or linked websites.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vishnu Shriwastav and Antakshari Online shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
